Cost Tracking & Analytics

Track AI spending and usage across all consensus queries

Analytics Dashboard

The analytics dashboard tracks your consensus usage, costs, and performance in real-time. All data is stored and viewable through the dashboard interface.

What You Can Track:

Usage Metrics

  • Total Queries: All-time and period query count
  • Query Volume: 24-hour query activity
  • Success Rate: Percentage of successful queries
  • Avg Response Time: Average duration per query

Cost Tracking

  • Total Cost: All-time and period spending
  • Cost Per Query: Individual query costs
  • Cost by Model: Which models you're spending on
  • Token Usage: Input and output tokens per query

Recent Queries

View detailed information for each consensus query:

  • Timestamp: When the query was run
  • Question: The query text
  • Duration: How long it took (in seconds)
  • Tokens: Total tokens used
  • Cost: Exact cost for that query
  • Status: Success or failure indicator

Model Usage Tracking

See which AI models you're using and how often. The dashboard tracks:

  • Which models are used in your consensus queries
  • How frequently each model is selected
  • Cost breakdown per model

Per-Query Cost Information

After each consensus run completes, the system displays:

Consensus completed:
Total Tokens: 1,234
Total Cost: $0.045

This information is also recorded in the analytics dashboard for historical tracking.

Accessing Your Analytics

The analytics dashboard is built into HiveTechs Consensus. To access it:

  1. 1. Open HiveTechs Consensus
  2. 2. Navigate to the Analytics Dashboard tab
  3. 3. View your usage, costs, and query history
  4. 4. Filter by time period (24H, all-time)
